over 30 years of building design and construction management experience. As a husband and wife team Terry
and Heather Smart work together to provide you the construction documents you need to build.
Heather Smart is an E.I.T. with over 15 years of building design, engineering, and
land development experience and she has been developing plans for custom homes, mid-rise multi-family,
spec homes and low rise commercial. Heather is equally comfortable working with Conventional Wood Frame Construction,
Light Gauge Steel, and Log.
